Richard Jarvis

Richard Jarvis,
PE, LEED AP, NEBB, CxP

Rich is a Senior Mechanical Engineer with 30 plus years of mechanical and energy project design along with project management experience.

He has been the lead HVAC designer on many major energy, educational, governmental, medical, and institutional projects. His experience includes major retrofit and new construction projects throughout Montana, Wyoming, California and Arizona.

Rich is committed to providing projects that function as designed and meet the Owner’s need for ease of operation with the lowest possible energy and operating costs. Rich’s personal interest in energy efficient design has led him to achieve energy efficiency credentials with the State of Montana, BPA and the Energy Trust of Oregon.

Thomas Kientz

Thomas Kientz,
ME, CxP

Thomas is a Mechanical Engineer who graduated from Montana Tech with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 2008.

Thomas has had 5 years of field experience including surveying and construction. Thomas also has experience in software packages including AutoCAD, Revit, and energy modeling with eQuest.  Thomas has over 5 years  of experience in test and balance of various project types and sizes.  Thomas also has experience in mechanical and plumbing design and building commissioning.

Jonathan Jarvis

Jonathan Jarvis,
PE, CxP, NEBB

Jonathan is a Mechanical Engineer and has 7 years of experience with retrofit and new construction projects and recent commissioning experience with new building systems.

He has completed coursework for testing, adjusting and balancing of HVAC and hydronic-systems, which has led to certification as a NEBB TAB Professional. Coursework includes understanding and troubleshooting of HVAC systems and equipment, systems design and testing, adjusting and balancing processes and procedures. He has provided NEBB certified TAB for all types of buildings over the last 5 years including laboratories, LEED certified campus buildings, hospitals, etc. TAB work requires understanding varying mechanical system types along with the ability to manipulate DDC control systems.

Jeremy is a mechanical designer and TAB technician with over 2 years of experience.

His projects have included hotels, hospital, schools, and many other commercial and government buildings.
